Mission Statement:
The mission of the Prayer Ministries of the Jackson Heights Seventh-day Adventist Church is to promote prayers as an integral part of the church and of every member’s life; to provide opportunities for each member to experience a revival of the Holy Spirit and grow in Christ through fervent prayers; and to provide members with prayer tools that will develop and strengthen their relationship with God.
Vision:
To make the Jackson Heights Seventh-day Adventist Church a powerhouse of prayers and reliance on God.

3. Ms. Roa - Discouraged (Help) - Mar 9, 2009 Please,pray for me. I have gone through so much pain in my life and I have managed to pass and survive all trials. Lately, I've been able to survive more pain with the help of God through prayer, and faith. even though Everything that is good is always going so bad..I've kept myself to keep strong and to believe that there is hope for a better day to come. But today, I am struggling. I don't know if i can hold on any longer. I feel very weak and discouraged. I'm doing my best to keep myself from breaking down and hurting myself. Please pray for my strength to overcome all negative obstacles. I do not have my friends or family to talk about my struggles because it's hard and they wouldn't understand. Mostly, they hardly care at times. So, please ,I need all the prayers that i can receive. thank you
4. anonymous - thanks/general (Other) - Jan 25, 2009 A friend of mine is struggling with depression. She would take better care of herself. Also, she has a heart problem. God would heal that problem. She has recently decided to re commit herself to missionary work; God's will be done. A friend of mine in in rehab. Salvation for all those we came into contact recently. she just add a premature baby by C section she only 35 years old
my Niece in Jamaica the doctors say no

6. kim - ill (Healing) - Nov 20, 2008 Please pray for my uncle he has had two strokes in about a month. He's back in icu. I would like to witness to him about the sabbath. The doctors are already talking about not putting him on life support if he does not improve. please pray that he makes it!!
7. Glen Walker - cyberspace prayer meeting 4 the Holy Spirit (Comfort) - Nov 6, 2008 I’m looking for cyberspace prayer partners who will pray with me daily for the outpouring of God’s Holy Spirit. I find that we are part of the 10 sleeping virgins and God wants us to plead for the outpouring of His Spirit to wake us up and open our eyes (Revelation 3:14-21) I’m looking for an cyberspace prayer meeting. In prayer meeting we verbalize our prayers. God can certainly hear our prayers whether they are verbalized or (informally) written. Since God has given us this medium why not make good use of it to connect with people in our church we can put their email addresses in the to column and pray for everyone in that column that God will pour out His Holy Spirit on each one. God says “ask and it shall be given.” Let’s believe God and ask and ask and ask daily for the outpouring of His Spirit in our lives. The economy is being blasted and troubles are everywhere if we ever needed God’s power in our lives it is now.
“Father in heaven pour out Your Spirit on Pastor Smith and his church congregation and Father include all our families in that prayer that we might be filled with Your power, Your Spirit and go forward with victory winning souls for Your kingdom, in Jesus Holy Name, Amen.”
